"A camera is just a tool, and a vision can never be captured without a true visionary."

-Travis Earl

Travis grew up in a small town just outside the San Francisco Bay... A beautiful, eclectic landscape  with a diverse culture that would allow him to develop his full creative potential as an image artist. His father, being a photographer as well, had taught Travis at a young age the art of telling stories with photographs; Stories of war, love, growth, beauty, struggle, and death.

Travis wanted to tell stories with his art as well, but his stories could not be told as a potter at age 10, nor as a performing artist at age 13. His stories would not be heard much as a 17 year old poet. Not as a recording artist at age 24, or a digital illustration artist at 26. These would all just be the creative mediums that would pave the way for Travis Earl Photography.

"I was working at the golf course one day and this guy just gave me his old camera." Travis explains, "I accepted it as more of a challenge than gift, and that's how I really began my journey through the lens, it was like my calling."
